Do I need to write prompts?
Describe the goal, context and expected output in everyday language. We will help clarify the direction.
Will it publish or contact clients automatically?
Channels, permissions and approval steps are agreed first. Publishing and sending require authorisation.
What happens if something is wrong?
Identify the correction, then follow the agreed revision and review process. Revision scope and service levels are confirmed before engagement.
Do I have to upgrade?
No. You may stay on Launch. An upgrade requires your active confirmation. Contract terms and reasonable-use scope are agreed before engagement.
How is data used?
Agree authorised data, access permissions and processing scope first. Retention, model training policies and deletion arrangements must be confirmed before engagement.
